Due to the structure, it puts a lot of strain on the back, it depends on the dog's capacity, sometimes 4 wheels are better than two.

The stroller is well-made, I think it's fantastic for a dog. Unfortunately, it's too big for a cat unless it's a very large one. In my opinion, s for pets weighing at least 5 kg.
