Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with our products! If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by email at contact@peiscorner.com with your order number, the name of the item, and a description of the issue. 

Once we assess and confirm your request, we will provide you with a return address, and you can then return the original item. (Please do not return items to the original shipping address.) After we receive and verify the returned product, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges). 

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Note:

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Return Conditions
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We aim to maximize recycling and reduce waste or pollution.

Cancel Order 
  • If your order has not yet shipped, a cancellation request is possible. Please email us immediately.

  • If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, canceling your order is no longer an option.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
