My dog loves it so far!
Very disappointed in the battery life of this product. The listing states it can last up to two weeks but mine won’t even last 40 minutes per charge. It is very inconvenient to have sessions end due to the battery life. I even contacted customer service stating an issue with the battery and the only solution they prompted was to charge it while it’s in use.Unfortunately I am unable to do that becauseI travel with my dog and do not always have access to an outlet. I would have never bought this item if the product listing about the battery life was correct.
Great packaging and the instructions were super clear. Has tons of features and intensity levels - way more than I actually use, but nice to have the options!
The remote won't charge, but that isn't the biggest issue the instructions are very hard to follow, I just keep pushing buttons by trial and error. There is no guide that tells you how to get specific settings or what the intensity is. Been using it but just going in blind on if it is the correct settings for what I need. The booklet enclosed has diagrams for multiple devices and none of them seem to correspond with the exact one I have. I even looked online to see if I could find a tutorial with no success. Alot of money for playing the guessing game with my pets wellbeing.
My animals love it, it does them a lot of good and makes them very calm.
